What I think about 11 Lee Centre
The condos at 11 Lee Centre Dr are a great option if you’re looking for larger space and don’t mind an older style condo. The amenities were designed similar to how a luxurious five star hotel would feel. And you’ll feel its opulence the moment you enter the lobby. The condo suites themselves have larger floor plans, especially when you look at 3-4 bedroom suites and penthouse suites. There are no balconies in any of the units.
The location is a few minutes east of Scarborough Town Centre so it’s not as easily accessible by walking. You can take the Corporate Drive or Progress TTC to get to and from your condo. And driving around is easy. You’ll have to take a car to go for groceries at Walmart, Superstore or Freshco. And you can dine and entertain at restaurants and venues nearby.
Overall the value is what makes 11 Lee Centre attractive. If you’re okay with spending a bit of money updating your unit, you’ll be able to buy a condo that costs less per square feet than Scarborough Town Centre condos.
Amenities
The amenities here are well appointed and luxurious. You have access to a large indoor swimming pool, exercise room, games room and badminton courts. Facilities are shared with its sister building, 1 Lee Centre Drive.
Hydro is included
So you don’t have to worry about paying an extra bill for it. But make sure you conserve energy anyway so everyone’s maintenance fees don’t go up so high.
