Johnder Perez builds stuff and writes about it.
He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and currently serves as the Director of Innovation & Business Development at REMAX Hallmark, one of the world's largest REMAX multi-region and multi-office franchises. He leads technology and marketing initiatives for over 2,000 real estate agents.
With Johnder's interest in AI, technology and marketing, he leads his team to build applications, systems and workflows to help individual real estate agents and real estate teams run their business. He has led the development and launch of a fully in-house real estate brokerage website and operating system that is used by REMAX Hallmark real estate agents in Ontario, Canada and Naples, Southwest Florida, USA.
Johnder teaches real estate agents how to leverage technology to enhance the way they do business, and focuses on building apps that are user friendly, practical and results driven.
